A warm welcome with challenges

Our family had an enjoyable stay thanks to the friendly staff and a cozy environment, which truly made us feel at home.

However, the cleanliness of our room wasn’t up to par, as we found an unwashed towel and a dirty washcloth upon arrival.

I enjoyed my stay in the cozy Queen Room. Clean and friendly vibes welcomed me. Breakfast offered good options, although a bit chaotic during peak times. A lovely spot for exploring!

I had a wonderful stay with my family, especially enjoying the cozy queen room and the heated indoor pool. The kids loved the sun terrace, and we really relaxed during our time there! The only downside was that we wished there were more pool towels available, but it didn't ruin our great time. 😊

I appreciated the comfortable breakfast and accommodation, and found it super convenient to walk to the Deke Slayton Memorial Space and Bicycle Museum, which offered a unique glimpse into local history and culture.

We stayed here with our small child and enjoyed exploring the nearby Elroy-Sparta State Trail, which was perfect for family bike rides. The breakfast offered was a delightful touch, and the staff made us feel welcome right from check-in.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly amenities like a play area.

While the hotel has made some updates and my room was very clean with new carpets and comfy bedding, the breakfast could have been better, and I noticed some maintenance issues around the property, including the pool. Overall, it’s okay for a short stay.

Make sure to ask for a room with a microwave. it's perfect for reheating leftovers or quick snacks.

The indoor pool was nice, and the nearby restaurant was convenient. We enjoyed the comfortable rooms during our stay.

This place suits me perfectly with comfortable beds, free wi-fi, and a nice indoor pool. The staff helped me with a late check-in on my first stay, which I appreciated. Highly recommend it for a relaxing holiday!

Nice stay with great amenities!

We had a good time here! The location is super easy to find, right near a gas station and a cozy restaurant. The lobby felt homey with comfy couches and a fireplace. Our room was clean and spacious, but the bathroom could've used a little sprucing up. The picnic area was a nice surprise for outdoor hangouts!

The check-in process was easy, and the staff greeted me warmly. The room's comfort stood out. Large, inviting beds made resting enjoyable. Fresh air was possible with windows that opened, which was a bonus. Breakfast had a decent variety. I particularly liked the eggs and waffles. However, the hot tub was out of service and filled with unappealing water, which was disappointing. I encountered issues with the coffee maker in the room, as it was missing its tray. Another downside was the noise from the phone ringing incessantly at early hours. On checkout, I never received my bill, adding a bit of confusion. Despite these hiccups, the overall atmosphere was pleasant, and I'd consider staying again if improvements are made.
